seeking experienced CFD and FEA Engineers.

An oil/gas engineering company based in Scotland has a vacancy for a senior CFD engineer. They work extensively within the oil/gas/renewable energy industry. Their ideal candidate will have over 4 years industrial experience of applying CFD to heat transfer applications. Knowledge of ANSYS-FLUENT or STAR-CCM+ software would be beneficial but not essential. Circa £43k.

A rapidly growing Engineering Consultancy in the home counties is currently recruiting 2x junior CFD Engineers to join their team of experienced consultants. You will be a recent graduate or post-grad with a min 2(i) engineering or maths degree, having carried out an extensive CFD project while at University. A PhD would be beneficial as would some experience of using the FLUENT CFD software. Salary £19-26k plus excellent benefits.
- MSC and PhD graduates in the CFD field required
by numerous clients. Salary range £20-30k.

- A large CAE consultancy requires a Mechanical FEA Engineer with at least 2 years industrial experience of applying software such as ANSYS or ABAQUS. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of FE technology and will make a contribution to the business as a recognised expert in their particular technical discipline. They will be responsible for providing in-depth technical expertise in their specific industrial area and general advice and guidance within a wider range of related industrial applications. There may be some travel required in the UK, and occasionally in Europe. There is a choice of office location of either South East England or in Yorkshire. Salary from £28,000 - £40,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits package.

A rapidly growing engineering consultancy has
vacancies for a number of FEA structural analysts. Their offices are based in
the N.West England, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Projects vary from small
scale to large multinational million pound projects, across varied industry
sectors such as oil/gas, process, aerospace, nuclear etc.. The successful
applicant should have a background in structural/finite element analysis, and
in particular experience gained with problems involving dynamics or non‐linear
response. This may include such areas as earthquake, blast, impact, thermal,
etc.
Experience using ABAQUS, ANSYS, or DYNA general finite element codes would be beneficial. We are interested in all levels of technical and management experience, from Graduates to Experts; Learners to Leaders. Salary range £25-60k depending on experience gained. - A software company in the USA is currently looking for a software developer. A background in mesh generation development on top of a Masters in Engineering or related field. US citizen or permanent resident required.
- Technical support engineer required by a US CFD software company. Requires a Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with a background in applying CFD to aerospace, turbomachinery or marine applications. US citizen or permanent resident required.
